“Calcium” is essential mineral needed for bone health, calcium also plays an important role in muscle contraction which has alot to do with your nerves and the release of your hormones. Without enough “calcium” it will lead to weakened bones.

Fruit: Figs – figs are high in calcium and also a great source of fiber. A cup of dried figs has as much calcium as the same amount of milk.
