Scripture: Deuteronomy 8:7-8- For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs, flowing forth in valleys and hills; a land of wheat and barley, of vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of olive and honey.
“Pomegranate” is a fruit which is a good source of vitamin b complex, it also helps to prevent heart disease, and is able to guard memory and brain function, it also helps protect against cancer and other chronic diseases. “Pomegranate” plays an important role in its healthy nutritional benefits and value, it is healthy for the body and mind, and also packed with b complex vitamins, an is known to be called the “super fruit”.
There are eight individual b vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin b 6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin b 12). These vitamins play a major part in your health such as; (b 1-thiamine)- anti stress, (b 2-riboflavin)- prevents aging, (b 3-niacin)- boost HDL cholesterol and also have been found to treat acne, (b 5-pantothenic)- helps regulate levels of the amino acid and can also play a part in mood and sleep patterns, (b 6-pyridoxine)- can reduce inflammation, (b 7- biotin)- helps control high blood glucose level, diabetes, healthy hair, skin and nails it also can be called the “beauty vitamin”, (b 9-folate)- helps keep depression at bay and also helps prevent memory loss, and (b 12-cobalamin)- works with vitamin b 9 to produce red blood cells and and help iron do its job.
