Reshape Your World

This is Dr. Shannon Denard inviting you to join me in discovering a “More Excellent Way”!   Albert Einstein said…. “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing, the same way and expecting a different outcome. Okay, so now that we are done with the celebration of the passing of 2017, we can turn the attention of our thoughts and the energy of our emotion to the mindfulness of “Focus”. I mean focus as a verb. If we are going to Reshape Our World, the first concept we need to incorporate is focus as the ability to adjust, adapt and acclimate to opportunities that disguise themselves as “discomfort”. A shift in our paradigm, from negative lens to positive lens will not only change how we see our life, ourselves and the world around us, but it will also change the informational source we receive from due to the law of attraction. A shift towards the direction of positive perspective will, #1 help empower us to awaken to the areas of our lives that need to change, #2 receive better information and #3 also employ the process of our hope in the form of action to correction. Essentially instead of just suffering through psychological and emotional pain, a right mental attitude draws you right information which leads to right action. give yourself permission to change by taking responsibility to direct and choose the change you want to see. Now I’m not saying thinking positive is going to make all your dreams appear overnight on the contrary, I am saying, if you don’t like something about your external life, change...

Reshape Your World

Reshape Your World…. 2017 is gone and 2018 is here. For some, 2017 was a year of shifting, a bridge of “in between”. A year of transitioning from old into the new. Some have consciously awakened to discern the subtlety of this “in between” state due to events and circumstances that may reflect psychological and emotional discomfort. We are witnessing this in multiple spheres. Government powers that reflect neither democratic or republican, diplomatic unity nor independent stability. We see climate changes that are indistinguishable of the seasonal norms. Temperatures that reflect both winter and spring virtually hours apart. It’s important that we recognize and correctly identify what we are experiencing as an individual is a microcosm of what is transpiring in the planet as a whole. Maybe in your life, 2017 has been a year of both the pain of limitation and the joy of hope in potential. “Limitation gives way to potential by the action of hope”. In 2018 join me as we journey to discover principle wisdom of personal growth and development to reshape our future by giving ourselves permission to change. Changing every part of our being that is no longer relative to our hope and potential. Eliminating limiting beliefs, changing paradigms and cycles of emotions that no longer serve our potential. In 2018 we are letting go of the old to RESHAPE our...

”Carbohydrates” slow carbs/ fast carbs

Psalm 107:9- For He has satisfied the thirsty soul, and the hungry soul He has filled with what is good. Carbohydrates are made up of fiber, starch and sugars. carbohydrates are used as fuel for the nervous system and energy for the working muscles. There are three components that categorize which group carbohydrates fall in, “complex carbs” which are fiber and starch components and “simple carbs” which is a sugar component. Complex carbs are known to be a slow carbohydrate because of the way it absorbs and digest, although it digest slower than “simple carbs” complex carbs are a healthier choice of carbohydrates because it contains the right source of energy and keeps you full longer which in turn helps with weight loss.
