“Collagen”

1 Corinthians 12:12 – The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one body. “Collagen” is an abundant protein in our bodies. “Catechins”

Fiber

Matthew 15:17- Do you not yet realize that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then is eliminated? Dietary Fiber is a plant-based nutrient. It is a type of carbohydrate it cannot be broken down into digestible sugar molecules, therefore it’s passed through the intestinal tract still intact. Fiber plays and essential part in your body and also has great health benefits, such as heart health, digestion, blood sugar regulation and possible cancer prevention. Fiber can be put into two categories, soluble or insoluble; soluble dissolves and insoluble does not. They are both helpful and can be found in most plant-based foods. Insoluble fiber plays a role in speeding up the passage of food through the digestive system and help with maintaining regularity and prevents constipation. Fruits: Raspberries and apples or a good source of fiber. Raspberries or the most potent berry when it comes to fiber. Although raspberries has 8 grams of fiber in only 1 cup they are seasonal; apples on the other hand are year round and has 4.4 grams of fiber: not only or apples good in fiber they help you regulate your blood sugar. Weight loss tip: Eating more fiber helps keep you full longer. “Out with the old, in with the new”… 2 Corinthians 5:17- Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: Old things are passed away behold all things are new. Detoxification is what your body does naturally to neutralize, transform or get rid of unwanted materials or toxins. Detoxing is about improving and optimizing the function of your body’s own detoxification system. By boosting your liver function it helps to decrease the accumulation of toxic products in the tissues. You can detox your body in many ways: by eating the right healthy foods, exercising, eating more fiber or just simply soaking your body and/or your feet. Eating healthy foods is an investment that will continue to pay strong dividends in the way of feeling happy or energetic.
